What type of warranties do iNetSupply, LLC offer? LLC offers returns for most items within 30 days from the date of invoice. RMA expires 15 days from the date of issue. Most items sold by LLC follow our general return policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
How to make your purchase eligible for the FREE 60 day warranty?
To claim an upgraded 60-Day warranty you must email our team at iNetSupply, LLC upon the arrival of your product. Please include the following in that email: Product Name & Serial Number. You may send this request, upon the arrival of your product to: [email protected] with the subject: “60 Day Warranty.” Note that this email, to claim the free 60 day warranty, must be sent within 30-days of the product’s delivery to your home.
How can I claim my warranty?
For questions regarding the functionality or if you are having issues with a product, please connect directly with the Manufacturer of that product. Warranties between the customer and the manufacturer are handled between those two parties. To claim an iNetSupply issued warranty, email [email protected], or, call 603-501-4129 to speak with a customer service representative. Please call between our regular scheduled business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm EST. Note too, that opened products may be subject to a restocking fee.
What products carry the standard manufacturer’s warranty?
Most, if not all, products sold by iNetSupply, LLC do carry the standard manufacturer’s warranty. However, some restrictions may apply as many manufacturers choose not to support products procured outside their mandated channels. Please check the manufacturer's website for specific warranty information regarding open market sourced products. Additionally, such products may not be covered by the manufacturer's standard technical support program. To your benefit, iNetSupply, LLC supports all new products with a standard depot warranty that is equal to or greater than the standard manufacturer's warranty period.


What is the return Policy?
The buyer has 30 days after our shipping carrier posts official delivery confirmation to initiate a return. Please be absolutely sure of your intent to use our product before opening the factory sealed box. We expect all returns to arrive back at our facility in the same condition they departed. Only when this requirement is met can we issue a full refund. A typical restocking fee of 20% may be applied at the seller's discretion when these stipulations are not met. Additional restocking fees may be applied at the seller’s discretion, on a case by case basis.
Requirements for a Refund?
Items must be in new, unopened condition Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. Items must have a UPC or serial number
Partial refunds/restocking fees?
Unused opened items not in original condition, items that are damaged, missing parts or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an error: Up to 80% of the item’s price
Refund Issuance?
Refunds will be issued only after the item has arrived at the iNetSupply warehouse. Typically, refunds are issued within two business days of return.

You will receive an order confirmation in your email inbox upon the completion of your purchase through After your order has been shipped you will receive an invoice to include serial numbers & tracking information.


How much does shipping cost?
iNetSupply, LLC will provide free UPS ground shipping on all orders. All expedited shipping carries additional fees. Please see the shipping table for expedited shipping options.
When will my product ship?
iNetSupply, LLC typically provides same (business) day shipping on all products. If the order is placed after the cutoff time of 3:00 PM EST, or on a weekend, that product will be shipped on the next available business day.
