What is the return Policy?

The buyer has 30 days after our shipping carrier posts official delivery confirmation to initiate a return. Please be absolutely sure of your intent to use our product before opening the factory sealed box. We expect all returns to arrive back at our facility in the same condition they departed. Only when this requirement is met can we issue a full refund. A typical restocking fee of 20% may be applied at the seller’s discretion when these stipulations are not met. Additional restocking fees may be applied at the seller’s discretion, on a case by case basis.
